FibronPipe Silver Line

The FibronPipe Silver Line is specifically designed to meet the demands of the energy industry. It is reinforced with advanced unidirectional fiber tapes, coated with thermoplastic for optimal process integration. These tapes offer exceptionally high tensile strength and are applied in multiple layers to form a robust, pressure-resistant reinforcement structure, ensuring reliable performance under demanding operating conditions.

FibronPipe is designed for the transport of water and hydrocarbons, making it well-suited for a wide range of applications including gathering lines, transportation lines, water injection, flowlines, disposal and transfer lines, as well as pipeline rehabilitation.

Pipe Connection

Pipe Connection Method

FibronPipe uses a double swaged flange connector system to ensure maximum mechanical integrity and long-term sealing performance. This two-step swaging process independently compresses the inner liner and the outer reinforcement layer, enabling optimal load transfer and enhanced pull-out resistance, especially important in high-pressure and demanding field conditions. Pipe-to-pipe connections are established using robust stainless steel couplers, designed for durability and pressure containment. All flange end fittings and couplers are made exclusively from stainless steel, typically 316 or 321, depending on the specific media and application requirements.

Composite Pipe with Integrated Gas Barrier (IGB)

FibronPipe featuring a multi-layer liner with an integrated gas barrier (IGB) are an excellent choice for multiphase and gas applications where low gas permeability is essential. The gas barrier layer effectively limits the diffusion of gases such as CO₂, CH₄ or H₂.

The multi-layer construction with specialized barrier materials significantly reduces hydrogen permeation, making it ideal for hydrogen transport and storage applications in the emerging clean energy sector.

Thermo-insulated TCP

FibronPipe thermo-insulated TCP features advanced polyurethane (PUR) insulation with optional integrated heating cables. This solution is designed for applications requiring temperature maintenance, frost protection, or heated transport of viscous fluids. The insulation system provides excellent thermal performance while maintaining the flexibility and corrosion resistance of the base TCP product.
